We ship our products within the United States. We are constantly exploring ways to expand our reach, so please stay tuned for updates on additional shipping destinations.

2. Shipping Costs

As a nonprofit organization, we strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the destination. All shipping costs will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3 days of order placement. Our business hours are 9 am – 5 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the destination. For Standard Shipping, the estimated delivery time is 7-9 days. Please note that this is an estimated time and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivering orders. The choice of USPS is based on their reliability and wide reach across the United States.

7. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We are committed to using environmentally friendly packaging materials whenever possible, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to provide this service in the future.
